PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE DIFFERENT RATES ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE. IF YOU RENT FOR UP TO 4 PEOPLE YOU RENT THE 2 BEDROOMS ONTHE MAINFLOOR, NOT THE BEDROOMS ON THE GROUND FLOOR. THE FLOORS ARE NEVER RENTED TO DIFFERENT PARTIES SO YOU ARE ALWAYS ALONE IN THE VILLA! THE NUMBER OF RENTED BEDROOMS IN THE GROUND FLOOR IS CALCULATED FOR 2 PERSONS PER BEDROOM.

  • Mainfloor for maximum 4 persons in 2 bedrooms (all with seaview and en suite bathrooms and living room with integrated kitchen.

• The mainfloor and pool can be accessed from the parking stairfree and has no steps.

• For additional 2 - 4 persons separate guest tract (only available if you book for more than 4 persons or as an extra) below the main floor with one larger bedroom with two large single beds  and en suite bathroom and (A/C) and one livingroom with a convertible double sleep sofa which uses the en suite bathroom of the adjacent bedroom. Both bedrooms  in the basement have no seaview but natural light wells with daylight and fresh air.

• Independent of for how many persons you book, the Villa is always exclusively for you. We never rent the Villa to more than one party.

• Full free fast WIFI for smartphones and Computers.

• Large white marble surrounded, heated pool 9 m x 5 m with comfortable round steps with infinity rim and breath taking views
